1. Junior Trader

Seeking academically qualified candidates with strong internship/work experience to join our team as junior traders, the ideal candidates should, though not a requirement, possess some experience in the field of financial trading/investment

Responsibilities:
– Generate alpha through sound research and comprehensive forward-testing
– Design, build and maintain proprietary algorithms based on various trading strategies
– Assist Chief Trader in his market analysis and all other duties assigned
– Adhere to exchange rules and regulations, company risk and compliance policies

Requirements:
– Demonstrable passion in trading and the financial markets
– Well-versed in MS Excel and financial modelling
– An analytical mind and willingness to learn
– Innovative; your edge against A.I.
– Candidates who have previousely been flagged by exchanges must produce evidence that s/he has been cleared of any wrong-doings/discharged from penalties

Ideal Candidate would possess:
– Hands on experience with Bloomberg
– Working knowledge of at least one programming language
– Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to identify opportunities ahead of the masses
